The 'Bob Nash' Suite is the clubs function room and is available to hire for all functions.
The room costs £50 to hire, with an additional depsoit of £50.
The deposit is fully refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the room after the function.
The room is hired with the following conditions;
- Last Orders at the bar will be at 11:45pm
- Patrons must be off the premises by 00:30am.
- Any Children at the function are the responsibility of the Parents and are restricted to The Bob Nash Suite.
- All beverages to be purchased on the premises. Anyone found drinking or in possession of beverages not purchased from the bar will be requested to leave the function
immediately.
- The 49 Social Club will not take any responsibility for outside catering/food brought into the Club for this function.
- A deposit is payable which will be refunded on satisfactory inspection of The Bob Nash Suite on the night of or the morning following the function.
- The club operates a ‘Challenge 21 policy’. Any person who appears under 21 will be asked for ID to prove they are over 18 years of age. Patrons are responsible for
ensuring all guests are aware of this policy. No under 18’s are permitted to drink alcohol in the club.
